100 g of butanediol diglycidyl ether diacrylate were reacted with 5.75 g of chloroformate of the formula III and 3.3 g of triethanolamine at 50° C. for 2 hours. The triethanolammonium chloride formed was then separated off via a pressure filter. (Viscosity: 880 mPas).
