Procedure
The suspension of the title A compound from Example 1 (0.75 g, 2.0 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) and pyridine (1 mL) was treatetd at 0° C. under argon with n-propylisocyanate (0.24 mL, 2.5 mmol). After the addition was finished, the cooling bath was removed and the reaction was allowed to stir at room temperature for 5 hours. The resulting solution was diluted with ethyl acetate and was washed with 1N hydrochloric acid, water and brine. After drying over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, the solvent was removed and the residue was crystallized from ether-hexanes to yield 701 mg of a colorless solid. The product was recrystallized from dichloromethane-isopropyl ether to yield 601 mg of the title compound, m.p. 160°-163° C.
