Procedure
2.9 g (0.093 mol) of methylamine were passed over the course of 20 minutes into a stirred solution of 10 g (0.047 mol) of 2-amino-4-chlorodifluoromethoxy-6-fluoro-1,3,5-triazine in 150 ml of diethyl ether at 0° C. The mixture was stirred at 0° C. for one hour and at 22° C. overnight. Washing with water, drying and concentration yielded 9.4 g (89.5% of theory) of the title compound of melting point 143° C. (decomposition).
