The title compound is prepared from 5-{4-[(S)-1-(2,9-dioxo-1-oxa-3-aza-spiro[5.5]undec-3-yl)-ethyl]-phenyl}-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid dimethylamide following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 22; after HPLC on reversed phase (methanol/water) the title compound is obtained in a ca. 1:1 mixture of cis- and trans-isomer. Yield: 53% of theory; LC (method 2): tR=1.58 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=438 [M+H]+.
