Procedure

To a solution of N1,N1,N2-trimethylethane-1,2-diamine (26 uL, 0.20 mmol) in THF (2 mL) was added 2-oxoindoline-5-sulfonyl chloride (30 mg, 0.130 mmol) and the reaction stirred for 3 hours. The solvent was removed and the crude material used for the next step. MS ESI 298.0 [M+H]+, calcd for [C13H19N3O3S+H]+ 298.12.
