Reaction Steps
Essentially following the procedures described for Intermediate 1, but using methyl 1-[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino]cycloheptanecarboxylate in place of tert-butyl 2-[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino]-2-(3,5-difluorophenyl)propanoate, the title compound was obtained. MS: m/z=337 (M+1).
