To a cooled solution of N-((4,6-dimethyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridin-3-yl)methyl)-5-(ethyl(tetrahydro-2H-thiopyran-4-yl)amino)-4-methyl-4′-(morpholinomethyl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-carboxamide (200 mg, 0.34 mmol) in 2 ml of DCM, m-CPBA (70 mg, 0.41 mmol) was added at 0° C. and stirred at room temperature for 2 h (monitored by TLC). The reaction was quenched with sat. NaHCO3, compound was extracted in DCM, dried over Na2SO4, concentrated under reduced pressure and purified by silica gel (100-200) column chromatography to obtain the title compound (60 mg, 29.3%).
