Reaction Steps
The product from step (iii) (Ig) was combined with butan-1-ol (25 mL) and pentan-1-amine (4 mL) was added. The reaction mixture was heated to 110° C. for 18 h. The solvents were evaporated and the product purified using chromatography to give the subtitle compound as an orange oil, 600 mg.
