The product from step (vi) (100 mg), ethane-1,2-diol (0.031 ml) and Hunig's Base (0.146 ml) were combined in DMF (5 mL) and HATU (106 mg) was added and stirred at rt for 1 h. The reaction mixture was purified by RPHPLC to give the title compound as a solid, 6 mg.
