In analogy to example 1, step 2, from 3-(4-dimethylamino-phenyl)-3-(3,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-1-pyridin-4-yl-propan-1-one and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 was prepared the title compound as a mixture of E and Z isomers (2.9:1) as a light yellow foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=374.3 ([M+H]+).
