In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-(2-chloro-phenyl)-propionyl]-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI−): m/z=429.9 [M−H]−.
