Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 162, step 2, methyl 4-(1-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-(6-methoxypyridin-3-yl)-3-oxopropyl)-2-fluorobenzoate was reacted with concentrated aqueous HCl in 1,4-dioxane to give the title compound as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=414.2 [M+H]+.
