In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-[3-(2-fluoro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-3-o-tolyl-propionyl]-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=380.3 [M+H]+.
