In analogy to example 207, step 2, 4-(1-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-(1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)-3-oxopropyl)-2-fluorobenzoic acid (example 216, step 4) was coupled with cyclopropylamine using BOP reagent in tetrahydrofuran to give the title compound as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=453.1 [M+H]+.
