In analogy to example 272, step 2, from 4-[(S)-1-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-3-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-oxo-propyl]-benzoic acid methyl ester in presence of 1 M aq. lithium hydroxide solution was prepared the title compound as an off-white solid, MS (ESI−): m/z=392.0 ([M−H]−).
