In analogy to example 74, step 5, from 4′-[(R)-2-(methoxy-methyl-carbamoyl)-1-o-tolyl-ethyl]-biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid lithium salt, 2-chloro-4-iodopyridine and N,N-diisopropyl-ethylamine was prepared the title compound as a brown foam, MS (ESI−): m/z=454.1 [M−H]−.
