In analogy to example 39, from (R)-3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-1-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one (example 142, step 2) and pyrrolidin-2-one in the presence of tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0), 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-9,9-dimethylxanthene and cesium carbonate in 1,4-dioxane was prepared the title compound as a white semisolid, MS (ESI+): m/z=399.1 ([M+H]+).
