Procedure

In analogy to example 207, step 2, 4-[1-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-3-(1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyridin-3-yl)-3-oxo-propyl]-benzoic acid (example 311, step 4) was coupled with 2-methanesulfonyl-ethylamine using benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate in tetrahydrofuran to give the title compound as a colourless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=519.2 [M+H]+.
