In analogy to example 161, step 1, ethyl 3-(1-(4-chloro-2-fluorophenyl)-3-oxo-3-(6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)propyl)benzoate was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colourless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=442.2 [M+H]+.
