In analogy to example 203, step 1, 5-[(E)-3-(4-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-acryloyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one (example 323, step 3) was reacted with 4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl-boronic acid in the presence of chloro(1,5-cyclooctadiene)rhodium(I) dimer and sodium hydrogencarbonate in 1,4-dioxane and water at 60° C. to give the title compound as a colourless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=444.2 [M+H]+.
