In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-[(S)-3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-o-tolyl-propionyl]-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with iodomethane in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a white solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=410.1 [M+H]+.
