Reaction Steps
235 mg (552 μmol) 6-[2-(4-benzyloxy-phenyl)-benzoxazol-6-yl]-5-ethyl-4,5-dihydro-2H-pyridazin-3-one are hydrogenated together with 50 mg palladium on charcoal 10% and 50 ml of methanol at RT and 3.45 bar hydrogen pressure for 2.5 h, then the catalyst is filtered off and the filtrate is evaporated down completely i.V.
