Reaction Steps
20 mg (44 μmol) tert-butyl {4-[6-(4-ethyl-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-pyridazin-3-yl)-benzoxazol-2-yl]-phenoxy}-acetate (Example 66), 500 μl TFA and 1 ml DCM are stirred together for 2 h at RT, then the solv. is totally eliminated i.V. and the residue is crystallised from cyclohexane/EA.
