The product was obtained starting from 3-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)propanoic acid (400 mg, 2.11 mmol) and 2-bromo-1-(2-methoxyphenyl)ethanone (484 mg, 2.11 mmol) according to the method described in example 7, step 1 as black oil (786 mg, 2.1 mmol, 99.2%). MS: M=238.2 (M-Boc+H)+
