The title compound is prepared from 4-[5-(1-methanesulfonyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridin-4-yl)-2,3-dihydro-furo[2,3-c]pyridine-2-yl]-piperidine-1-carbonitrile and hydroxylamine hydrochloride following a procedure analogous to that described for Intermediate 11. LC (method 5): tR=0.54 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=422 [M+H]+.
