Procedure
The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to that described in Method RR using (1aR,5aR)-2-(5-hydroxypyrazin-2-yl)-1a,2,5,5a-tetrahydro-1H-2,3-diaza-cyclopropa[a]pentalene-4-carboxylic acid and 2-amino-2-methylpropan-1-ol. LCMS m/z=330.4 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.36 (td, J=4.5 and 3.3 Hz, 1H), 1.17-1.23 (m, 1H), 1.30 (s, 3H), 1.31 (s, 3H), 2.23-2.28 (m, 1H), 2.54-2.58 (m, 1H), 2.74 (d, J=16.5 Hz, 1H), 2.85 (dd, J=16.3 and 6.3 Hz, 1H), 3.43 (s, 2H), 7.20 (s, 1H), 8.01 (d, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 8.38 (bs, 1H).
