Add hydrogen chloride (4.0 M solution in 1,4-dioxane, 1.5 mL, 5.8 mmol) to a solution of tert-butyl 2-{(3E)-4-[3-methyl-4-({5-(propan-2-yl)-3-[(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-1H-pyrazol-4-yl}methyl)phenyl]but-3-en-1-yl}-2,9-diazaspiro[5.5]undecane-9-carboxylate (500 mg, 0.58 mmol) in dichloromethane (20 mL). After 2 hours at room temperature, remove the solvent under reduced pressure to provide the title compound as solid (480 mg, 0.57 mmol). MS (m/z): 767.4 (M+1).
