In a manner analogous to that described in Example 1d), the condensation of 4-chloro-1-(2,2-difluoroethyl)-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid and N,O-dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride by N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride yielded the title compound (98% yield) as a colorless oil. MS (ISP): m/z=254.1 [M+H]+.
