a solution of 3-(4-Boc-piperazin-1-yl)-1-ethyl-9-methyl-7-morpholino-phenothiazin-5-ium iodide (65 mg, 0.01 mmol) in dichloromethane (10 mL) and trifluoroacetic acid (1.0 mL) was stirred for 1 h at 50° C.
