Method as example 85 using (S)-2,5-difluoro-4-(7-methyl-4-(3-methylmorpholino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)aniline and ethyl isocyanate as starting material. The solvent was removed in vacuo and purified twice by flash chromatography using 0-20% DCM/MeOH as eluent yielding the title compound (6.2 mg, 0.013 mmol, 11%).
