Reaction Steps
Method as example 127 using 3-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)propanoic acid and (S)-1-cyclopropyl-3-(4-(4-(3-methylmorpholino)-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl)urea (example 3) as starting materials. Purified by prep HPLC at low pH to afford a white solid. (35.3 mg, 0.066 mmol, 29%).
