Reaction Steps
This title compound was prepared starting from 29.A according the procedure described above for conversion of 18.0 to 18.E. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel using 0-15% MeOH/CH2Cl2 for elution to provide 43.1 (510 mg, 75%). MS ESI (positive.) m/e: 397.1 (M+H).
