Procedure

2 ml of trifluoroacetic acid are added to 371 mg of 2-[2-amino-4-(1,3-dihydroisoindole-2-carbonyl)quinazolin-6-yl]-4,5-difluorobenzyl 2-tert-butoxycarbonylaminoethyl carboxylate in 4 ml of dichloromethane with ice-cooling. The mixture is subsequently stirred at 25° C. for a further 2 h, 5 ml of n-heptane are added, and the mixture is evaporated to dryness in vacuo. The residue is dissolved in 500 μl of dimethyl sulfoxide and purified by chromatography (reversed phase).
