Procedure
(R)—N-(2-tert-butoxyethoxy)-5-(2-(2-chloro-5-fluoropyridin-3-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide (Example 224, 57 mg, 0.120 mmol) was treated with HCl (4 N dioxane, 1.49 mL, 5.98 mmol), followed by two drops of MeOH to make a clear colorless solution. After stirring 30 minutes at ambient temperature, the reaction was concentrated and dried to yield the title product as white solid, assuming quantitative yield. LCMS (apci) m/z=421.0 (M+H)
