Reaction Steps

A solution of 15C (30 mg, 0.055 mmol) in dichloromethane (0.5 mL) was treated with TFA (0.5 mL), and stirred at room temperature for 1.5 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated, and the residue was triturated with Et2O. The resulting off white solid was collected by filtration and air dried to provide 15D. This material was used without purification in the next step.
