Reaction Steps
In the same manner as Example 48, employing N-(dimethylaminomethylene)-4-(5H,11H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine-10-carbonyl)-benzamide (1.56 g) from Example 46 in glacial acetic acid (75 ml) and methylhydrazine (0.32 g), the title compound (0.10 g) was obtained as a solid, m.p. 155-158° C.; MS, m/z: 369 (M)+.
