The title compound is prepared as described in EXAMPLE 17, Part G, substituting 3-[3-(S)-amino-2-oxo-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-methyl]-4-amino-benzonitrile for 3-[(3-(S)-amino-2-oxo-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-methyl]-4-hydroxy-benzonitrile and substituting 4-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride for 4,6-dichlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride. The crude product is triturated with Et2O to give the product as a white solid. FAB MS, [M+H]+ =461, 463, Cl pattern.
