Reaction Steps
0.77 g (1.87 mmol) of 6-[3-(2-chloromethyl-3-methylpyridin-4-ylsulfanyl)propylsulfanyl]-3-nitro-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine and 0.35 g (1.5 mmol) of 6-thiazol-2-yl-1H-benzimidazole-2-thiol in 25 ml of isopropanol and 20 ml of dimethylformamide are reacted as described in Example 2. 0.60 g (62%) of the title compound of m.p. 232-234° C. is isolated.
