Reaction Steps
Prepared analogously to Example 10(a) from 1-acetyl-2-indolinone and 4-phthalimidomethyl-benzoic acid (melting point: 260-262° C.) in dry DMF in the presence of TBTU, HOBT and Hrinig's base (20° C., 4 hours), stirring in dilute hydrochloric acid, extracting with CH2Cl2, evaporating the dried organic extract in vacuo, triturating the evaporation residue with EtOac and drying the solid substance.
