1.60 g (2-chloro-5-oxo-6,7-dihydro-5H-5λ4-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-(3-chloro-phenyl)-amine (prepared from 2,4-dichloro-6,7-dihydro-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine and 3-chloroaniline as described in Example 28, see scheme 2), 2.30 g 1-(4-nitro-phenyl)-piperazine and 1.00 ml diisopropylethylamine are placed in 10 ml dioxane, then heated to 160° C. in the microwave for 0.75 hours. Then the reaction mixture is mixed with water, the precipitate formed is suction filtered. The precipitate is extracted first with water, then with ethanol. 2.47 g of the product are obtained as a powder.
