A mixture of 6-chloro-N2-[(1S)-1-(5-fluoropyridin-2-yl)ethyl]-N4-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine (Example 37; 174 mg, 0.5 mmol), morpholine (0.8 ml) and DIEA (0.13 ml) in n-BuOH (3 ml) was heated to 140° C. for 4 hrs. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by Gilson (10-50% acetonitrile/H2O, 15 min) to give the title compound as solid (103 mg). 1H NMR: 11.09 (s, 1H), 9.21 (s, 1H), 8.36-8.66 (m, 1H), 7.74 (ddd, 1H), 7.55 (dd, 1H), 5.80-5.84 (m, 1H), 5.73 (s, 1H), 5.01-5.21 (m, 1H), 3.10-3.81 (m, 8H), 2.24 (s, 3H), 1.50 (d, 3H); m/z 399.
