The title compound was prepared by condensation of Intermediate 5 (400 mg, 1.289 mmol) with 2-isobutoxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (400 mg, 1.922 mmol) in presence of sodium ethoxide (175 mg, 2.578 mmol) in ethanol (15 ml) according to the procedure described in Example 24 to give 285 mg of the desired product as a light yellow solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.93 (d, J=3.6 Hz, 6H), 1.72 (br s, 1H), 3.58 (br s, 2H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 6.91-7.00 (m, 4H), 7.53-7.58 (m, 3H), 7.78-7.84 (m, 2H), 8.00 (br s, 1H), 8.12 (d, J=15.3 Hz, 1H); ESI-MS (m/z) 501.24 (M+H)+.
