Procedure

Compound 126 (14 mg, 0.037 mmol), sodium azide (9.7 mg, 0.15 mmol), and ammonium chloride (8.0 mg, 0. 15 mmol) were combined in DMF (1 mL) and heated at 158° C. in the microwave for 1 h. Purification by prep-HPLC gave 12 mg (77%) of the title compound as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 12.35 (s, 1H), 8.35 (s, 1H), 8.26 (s, 1H), 8.20 (s, 1H), 8.02-8.11 (m, 2H), 7.94 (t, 1H, J=5.6 Hz), 7.83 (s, 1H), 7.54 (s, 1H), 3.44 (q, 2H, J=7.2 Hz), 2.27 (s, 3H), 1.17 (t, 3H, J=7.2 Hz). MS (ES) [m+H] calc'd for C21H18N6O2S, 419; found 419.
