Procedure

Following general procedure GP-L, (S)-methyl 1-benzyl-3-(2-(quinuclidin-3-ylamino)ethyl)-1H-indazole-4-carboxylate (520 mg, 1.24 mmol) and lithium hydroxide monohydrate (129 mg, 3.07 mmol) were converted lithium (S)-1-benzyl-3-(2-(quinuclidin-3-ylamino)ethyl)-1H-indazole-4-carboxylate (509 mg, quant. yield), which was used in the next step without further purification: MS (ESI+) m/z 405 (M+H).
