Reaction Steps
With a procedure similar to example above, 3-{4-[(6,7-diethoxy-3-methyl-benzofuran-2-carbonyl)-amino]-phenoxy}-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester was prepared from 6,7-diethoxy-3-methyl-benzofuran-2-carboxylic acid and 3-(4-amino-phenoxy)-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester. LCMS calcd for C27H32N2O7 (m/e) 496, obsd 497 (M+H).
