Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared by the procedure of Example 1, using 1.0 g of 2-(2-amino-ethyl)pyridine, 2.163 g of N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-isoleucine, 6.15 g of BOP, 10.52 g of Hunig's base, and 15 ml of methylene chloride to give 2.5 g of the product as a white/yellow powder.
