Procedure

1 g (4.1 mmol) of Molsidomin and 11 g of β-CD (8.3 mmol moisture content 14%) are mixed in a mortar, 4 ml of 30% ethyl alcohol are added, the dense suspension is kneaded for 30 minutes. The obtained product of paste like consistence was spread on a tray and dried at 40° C. for two hours. Thereafter the semidried product was rubbed through a sieve of pore size 1 mm. The obtained granule was dried at 60° C. to constant weight and screened repeteadly through a sieve obtaining grains of the desired size. Active ingredient content 10±0.5% determined by UV-spectrophotometry, corresponding approximately to 1:2 molar ratio of Molsidomin,: β-CD.
