Reaction Steps
Using the procedure of Example 3, 7-amino-3-(2-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-ylthiomethyl)-3-cephem-4carboxylic acid is reacted with N-hydroxysuccinimidyl aminosulfonylacetate (prepared in a similar manner as set forth in Example 1 from aminosulfonylacetic acid and N-hydroxysuccinimide) to give the desired product.
