A 100 mL round bottom flask was charged with 66.56F (mixture of diastereomers) (0.31 g, 0.91 mmol), EtOAc (10 mL), and Pd/C (10 wt. %) (0.097 g, 0.091 mmol). The mixture was purged three times with H2, stirred overnight under a H2 balloon, filtered through silica gel (EtOAc), and concentrated to afford 66.56G (mixture of diastereomers) (0.31 g, 99% yield) as a colorless oil.
