Procedure

Polymorph A (158 mg) was dissolved in acetic acid (1 mL). The filtered solution was added dropwise to ethyl acetate (10 mL). Crystallization started 2 h after complete addition of the solution. The suspension was stirred for additional 2 h, the crystals were filtered off and dried under vacuum to give 45 mg of polymorph B.
